Signing out and signing back in does nothing. I have since created two other accounts on the computer and they both work perfectly fine, but they don't have admin rights nor can they access ALL of the files and software she had installed under the original account. If this can only be fixed by re-installing windows 8 or replacing the computer Microsoft support finished our session by telling me to contact the PC manufacturer to get the entire unit replaced then I will replace the system with a Windows 7 unit, or build a new unit and try out Linux.
